南岸由培蘭大橋進(jìn)入通道前的第一個(gè)交通轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)，轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)直徑約34m，以包容（榕）天下為主題，綠化風(fēng)格以草坪、花卉和大樹(shù)為特色。圓盤(pán)中心孤植一棵大榕樹(shù)造型樹(shù)，外圍為五彩花卉構(gòu)成的五條色帶，寓意中華民族以寬廣的胸懷，包容天下
