杭州運(yùn)河萬科中心暨杭州汽車互聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)創(chuàng)新區(qū)總建設(shè)規(guī)模約36萬平方米，是杭州萬科的第三座萬科中心。在一期5座高樓腳下，有一座神似汽車儀表盤的建筑——?jiǎng)?chuàng)新體驗(yàn)中心。他圍繞汽車互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，以獨(dú)特的空間、多元的內(nèi)容，通過“產(chǎn)業(yè)+空間+服務(wù)”三維發(fā)力，建構(gòu)體驗(yàn)新場景，驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)未來。

這是一座汽車可以沿著連續(xù)的坡道一直開到屋頂上的建筑，將成為杭州的汽車超級(jí)秀場。建筑設(shè)計(jì)師找到一種人和車共通共融的模式。盤旋的汽車坡道、屋頂圓盤展臺(tái)、露天觀演大臺(tái)階、連續(xù)的樓梯臺(tái)階系統(tǒng)……，通過規(guī)劃兩條分別位于建筑外部與內(nèi)部的漫步系統(tǒng)，在這個(gè)建筑上實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代主義建筑的經(jīng)典時(shí)間和空間理念——建筑漫步。
